Training and Employee Development

Our staff consists of knowledgeable, trained, skilled and experienced Safety Personnel who have the ability to transfer that knowledge on to other people.  With up-to-date training programs, materials, and presentations skills, we can provide to you an excellent training and education base upon which to build valued employees.

Here is a breakdown of what we can offer:

Orientations

Basic New Employee orientations that have been developed by organizations such as Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Association of General Contractors (AGC), National Safety Council and National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).  We can also custom design an Orientation program that will fit your business.

Supervisory Safety Skills Training

Skilled supervision is the key to a successful business.  They are the front-line in which all work gets completed, on time and under budget.  We can provide a Safety Training Program so that your supervisors possess the knowledge necessary to complete their work in a safe manner.

Safety Technician Skills Training

Want to develop an existing employee or yourself into a member of your team that can manage your safety program?  We can do this with a nationally recognized training package from the NCCER.

OSHA 10 and 30 hour, Competent Person

OSHA has long recognized that a trained workforce is one of the keys to having a safe workplace.  Knowing this, OSHA has developed 10 hour and 30-hour training programs that can be delivered by our OSHA-trained staff.

Our staff can also educate your employees in those areas in which OSHA has deemed a “Competent Person” must safely manage the work.  Employees who complete the training will understand Regulatory laws, standards and how to meet the intent of those standards.

MSHA

Mine Safety and Health Administration has different regulations dealing with companies that work on or near mines.  We can help you get into compliance with those regulations and avoid unnecessary fines dealing with training issues.

Weekly Safety Training

Tired of trying to come up with a safety topic every week?  We can help.  By looking at your type of business and the work you are currently doing, we can help you develop and present Safety Materials to your employees.

Specific Safety Skill Training

Is your business specialized where you want your employees to be good at one or a few safety skills?  Such as fall protection for a steel erection company or excavation safety for a trenching company?  We can help by developing a training program that meets your company’s needs and presenting that training to your employees.
