Audit and Inspection ServicesOur knowledgeable and trained staff will conduct the audits as you have selected and in a timely manner. They will then assemble all the information obtained during the audit and provide you with a detailed report that will outline the current status of your company and its safety system. Then based upon the goal of the particular audit selected, the staff will provide in the written report, some suggested action plans to help improve your safety system. You can choose those improvements that you wish to work on and you can also be the driver of implementing those improvements. You can also talk with our staff to enlist our support in implementing the improvement plans of your choice.
Here is a breakdown of the types of Audit services available and what each will attempt to accomplish.
Preliminary Program Assessments This assessment will look at how you currently conduct business, with safety in mind, and compare to other companies and some of the Industry’s best. Based upon the findings and suggested improvements, your safety program can now be developed; written and improved through the development of written policies and procedures that will describe how you intend to manage safety. These written programs can now become the basis of your education and training program.
OSHA Compliance (CFR 1910 & 1926) and/or MSHA Compliance This service will analyze how you conduct work in the work place and compare that to applicable governmental regulations. Improvement suggestions will be provided on how to develop or improve programs that will meet the intent of Federal labor laws. This in turn will also help to reduce the number of injuries experienced by your company and keep your company from possible fines for non-compliance issues.
Zero Accident Assessment Having a Safety Program that meets all of the governmental regulations and laws will not always prevent injuries. Some companies want to go that “extra step” to achieving ZERO ACCIDENTS. Our staff can help you do this. Our group has members who have worked closely with some of the best Construction Companies in the US. They have also worked with organizations such as Construction Industry Institute (CII), National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and with the University of Florida. These organizations and construction companies have developed a list of Industry Best Practices that have proven Excellent Safety Performance.
