Randy Marconnet has over 25 years Management experience in the construction industry.  He has held positions of increasing responsibility from supervisor to Business owner to VP of a $350 million nationwide construction company.  Randy has been active in the improvement of the construction safety industry through involvement with the “Construction Industry Institute” as a research committee member of the “Making Zero Accidents A Reality”, The National Center for Construction Education and Research National Safety Committee,  and a presenter of safety research at multiple National conferences.  Randy’s experience includes safety management and training, Human Resources, Quality and Management Skills.
